About:
The art group has existed in the village for many years. Now a thriving group welcoming adult artists of all abilities, it runs weekly every Wednesday from 9:45 am – 12:00 pm with seasonal breaks.
Throughout the year we invite local artists to run workshops and demonstrations for us. Visits to exhibitions and places of interest for sketching are also arranged around sessions when you have the opportunity to work on your own art work.
Our members range from absolute beginners to advanced, working in watercolour, acrylic, pastels, pencil and mixed media so you can be guaranteed of plenty of support should you need it but above all a wonderful opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic group.
